1. How can you get the sample to check the quality as soon as possible.
* Without logo, we can provide you the free sample, but you need to pay for the courier fee or tell us your DHL / FEDEX / UPS account.
* With your logo, please send us your logo file, then we will make the artwork based on your logo and send it to you for approval. Once you confirm the artwork, we will make the sample and charge some sample fee (your logo model fee), when you place order the sample fee(if less than US$50 ) will be refunded to you.

2. Can you make customize shape or customize logo?
Yes, we can make the products as your shape or make your logo on our products.
Please give us the high resolution file of your logo.

3. How does your logo finished?
Silk screen, laser engraving, heat transfer, hot stamping and so on.

4. What's your sample time and product lead time?
If we have stock sample, the sample time is around 3 days.
If we don't have stock sample, normally the sample time is around 7-10 days.
The production lead time is around 15-20 days after confirmed the order and pay the deposit.

5. What's your payment term?
30% T/T in advance to confirmed order, 70% balance before the shipment. (We accept T/T, Western Union, cash etc.)

6. Packing and shipping?
Packing: poly bag with carton, we will recommend the package way for you based on the quantity you order.
Shipping: By Express (3-7 working days); by Air(10-15 days); by Sea.(20-30 days)
