If you buy stock items or want to get samples from us.the goods will be on your table less than 5 days by express.if you like make bulk order from us , usually the production time is around 10- 15 days (sometime maybe need more days or less depends on your bulk order quantity) , lead time by express is around 5 days , by sea is around 30 days .
3 . If i paid for your company , how could i know if you send out my goods ??
After you paid we will arrange production or shipping soon , once we send out we will send you the tracking number , after you get the tracking number you can check at the official website or official website call , there will be staffs check the tracking number for you , once u get the tracking number you can check at website anytime , you will also know where its has arrived .
4 . As the time zone , always when i work then you rest , how can i contact you can be improve our efficience ??
Usually our company working time is very flexible , you can reach us at usual working time (8am-12am;2pm-6pm) , but in other time you also can reach us , for example 1pm ,7pm,8pm,9pm,10pm,11pm,0am, as some of our salesman at home also can work .
5. What's the sample policy and sample lead time ?
Usually we can offer the free sample , but quantity is at 1 piece , and you only pay shipping cost is ok , if you need more samples you should pay the sample charge ,but the charge will be refunded as we get your order.( old customers will be free get samples when need )
