- B. If it's our fault, we will provide free replacement cargo service.

Q: What will be the packing?

-A: We usually send jewelry by DHL , FEDEX , UPS ,EMS , they are all safe and fast (usually take 3-7 days), you just waiting for your goods at your home or your office is ok .After delivering goods, we will send you tracking number in time.
