Q2:How do I konw if the hair is human hair or synthetic hair?
Human hair has natural protein,it's easy to tell them apart by burning and smell.
(1)When human hair burns, it emits white smoke that smells like wool burning and turns to ash.
(2)When synthetic hair burned, it will turns into a sticky ball and emits black smoke.

Q3:How long does it last?
Normally it could last for over 2-3 years under good care.

Q4:Will the hair shedding or tangle?
No,the hair is double weft weaving with no shedding,and as human virgin cuticle aligned with no tangle. It could last over a year under good care.

Q5:Why there are some White/Grey Hair?
All of our weft are made by 100% Human hair,some white/gray hair inside is normal.
Our QC will pick out the white/grey hair from the weft before packaging,but all products are handmade,it's difficult to avoid that there is NO white/grey hair inside.
Pls pick out if there is few white/grey hair inside,thanks for your understanding.

Q6:Can I dye/color the hair?
Yes,our virgin hair can be dyed. As a general rule, it is easier to darken the hair than to lighten the hair.
We recommend you dye dark color, but you'd better find an professional man to do this, because improper dying will ruin the hair.
We highly recommend having your hairdresser dye the extensions as you will get the results you want, coloring them yourself always poses a high risk of not coming out the shade you want.
If you can't get to a salon, always use a good quality hair dye and test a small sample first.

Yes,dear. We can help you customize your own package, if you need we also have professional designer to help you design your own logo, label, hang tag etc.

The hair will be shipped out within 12-24 hours in workdays if we have stock for that, it will takes 2-4 workdays to USA and
Europe countries, 4-7 workdays to Africa countries.
