Q:What is your MOQ? Can I mix up designs to meet the minimum quantity?
Our MOQ is 50 pcs for EACH custom design. New customers can start 10 pcs to check the quality.
Q: Do you offer samples before mass production?
Yes, we offer pre-production samples with only a mole charge. Sampling takes approximately 7-10 days and mass production another 10-15 business days. Please allow enough time for production.
Q: Do you do custom designs? And will I receive an art proof before production?
Yes, we will send you a proof in 1-3 workdays after receiving your order. Production begins only after we get your approval of the artwork.
Q: What is your production lead time?
Our production lead time is usually around 7-15workdays (depending on the products) after receiving payment and your artwork approval.
Q: Do you offer a quality guarantee?
