♦ How about your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We have no MOQ limit usually, different prices for different quantities

♦ Can I get the price list of your products?
Because of the fluctuant price in material and different size and processes for different products, we can only give you a price list for your reference; it may not be considered as a stable offer. For firm quotation, please contact us.

♦ Can I have your samples for quality inspection?
Yes. We can send you several FREE samples for your reference, and it would be appreciated that you could pay for the freight for sample shipping.

♦ Do you have stocks?
Sorry, we don't have goods in stock because we are mostly produce customized products.

♦ What information is required to get a quotation?
To calculate the cost, you'd better send a photo or just a sketch of your design to us, and advise your requirements also as: what material? plating? color? size? quantity and process?

♦ How can I get samples for my own design?

1. First please send your design or sketch or photo to us, you can just tell us your ideal also.

2. As soon as received it, we will check and consult with you for all details, like what process will be the best fit, what plating you want, the size, etc. Considering your requirements and budget, we'll use our rich experience and make our best recommendation to you.

3. According to your requirements, we will make an artwork and send to you for approval.

4. Once everything decided, we will open mould and make samples.

♦ How long will you take for making samples?
Normally we can make samples within 5~8 working days,for zinc alloy products, will take 10-12 days.
