Custom Zipper — TPU with Offset Printing
We supply zipper to garment factories and brands, built in TPU with offset printing for uniform and corporate programmes. On a trim like this the specification that decides the outcome is slider smoothness across the full length, tested by hand on bulk, so that is agreed in writing before bulk — not discovered when the first carton is opened on the line. Programmes start at 1000 pieces per style per finish.
The failures here are predictable: a supplier who disappears once the deposit is paid, or colour drift between the approved sample and the bulk trim. We lock material, finish, dimension and tolerance before bulk, and prepare REACH and GPSR documentation so the shipment clears instead of sitting at port while your selling season passes.

- Bulk run with offset printing applied under controlled settings

Where it is used
- Denim and workwear — hard-wearing finishes that survive industrial washing
- Outerwear and tailoring — matched to the shell fabric so it drapes with the garment
- Childrenswear and schoolwear — tested to the destination's safety standard
- Bridal and eveningwear — small runs with hand-finished detail
- Uniform and corporate programmes — repeatable spec held on file for reorders

Packing, testing and delivery
Trims are packed to the ratio you specify — by size, by colour or by garment set — with barcodes applied where the line needs them. Test reports for EN 71 part 3 for decorative components are prepared for the destination market. We ship to Rotterdam or Felixstowe with the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, and hold the approved reference so reorders reproduce the same material, the same finish and the same slider smoothness across the full length.
FAQ
Can you match a reference sample?
Yes. Send the trim and we match material, finish and shade, then confirm on a pre-production sample before bulk.
How long does sampling take?
A first sample takes 7 working days, and each revision about 3 days.
How do you control colour on reorders?
The approved reference and the bulk standard are retained, and every reorder is checked against them before shipment.
Do you ship to our forwarder?
Yes. We deliver to your nominated forwarder or quote landed cost under the agreed Incoterm.
