Custom Earmuffs & Eye Mask — Cork with Die-Casting
We supply earmuffs & eye mask to brands, retailers and uniform programmes, made in Cork with die-casting for childrenswear and schoolwear. On a piece like this the specification that decides whether it sells or comes back is skin-contact fabric that washes without pilling — so that is agreed in writing before bulk, not discovered after the shipment lands. Programmes start at 3000 pieces per style.
The failures here are predictable: inconsistent sizing between production runs, or minimum order quantities far above what a growing brand can absorb. We lock material, construction, measurement and tolerance on a pre-production sample, and prepare GSO conformity with Arabic labelling so the container clears instead of missing the season it was bought for.

Packing, testing and delivery
Pieces are packed to the ratio you specify — by size, by colour or by style set — with barcodes applied where the channel needs them. Test reports for salt spray test for metal finishes are prepared for the destination market. We ship to Jebel Ali with invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, and keep the approved reference on file so reorders reproduce the same material, the same construction and the same skin-contact fabric that washes without pilling.
