Our company began to organize the team for mold design in 2004, then we introduced more equipments and technicians to expand the team. Now our R&D team has abundant technical force and advanced equipment to improve the product competitiveness.
As long as you provide the information or tell us your idea, we will help you design artwork for free. Therefore, we're very efficient! Under the condition of quality assurance, we can shorten the delivery time as much as possible.
After clamping the model, we need 3-5 times to polish and paint, then it can go on the decal paper process. We insist on the detailed making to guarantee all plane models exquisite. Handmade decal paper can make every model the perfect craft.
We have our own ultrasonic welding technology, to make sure our quality is stable and guaranteed ( 100% fit, tough and integrated)
We have our own QC for each process to ensure that every aircraft delivered to you is perfect. We are working with many airlines and we have been working on airplane model since 2004. We are a direct supplier for Malaysia Airlines, MIAT Mongolian Airlines, EIAl Israel Airlines, Korean Air and so on.
