Custom Hook and Eye — ABS Plastic with Injection Moulding
We supply hook and eye to garment factories and brands, built in ABS Plastic with injection moulding for denim and workwear programmes. On a trim like this the specification that decides the outcome is closing force, so the hook holds under strain without opening, so that is agreed in writing before bulk — not discovered when the first carton is opened on the line. Programmes start at 500 pieces per style per finish.
The failures here are predictable: inconsistent sizing between production runs, or unclear responsibility when a defect shows up after washing. We lock material, finish, dimension and tolerance before bulk, and prepare CPSIA and California Prop 65 compliance so the shipment clears instead of sitting at port while your selling season passes.

Where it is used

- Childrenswear and schoolwear — tested to the destination's safety standard
- Bridal and eveningwear — small runs with hand-finished detail
- Uniform and corporate programmes — repeatable spec held on file for reorders

Packing, testing and delivery
Trims are packed to the ratio you specify — by size, by colour or by garment set — with barcodes applied where the line needs them. Test reports for EN 71 part 3 for decorative components are prepared for the destination market. We ship to Los Angeles or New York with the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, and hold the approved reference so reorders reproduce the same material, the same finish and the same closing force.
