Custom Hook and Eye — Nickel-Free Alloy with Injection Moulding
We supply hook and eye to garment factories and brands, built in Nickel-Free Alloy with injection moulding for e-commerce and small-batch brands. On a trim like this the specification that decides the outcome is closing force, so the hook holds under strain without opening, so that is agreed in writing before bulk — not discovered when the first carton is opened on the line. Programmes start at 500 pieces per style per finish.
The failures here are predictable: a finish that tarnishes or rubs off after washing, or shade variation within one carton. We lock material, finish, dimension and tolerance before bulk, and prepare REACH and GPSR documentation so the shipment clears instead of sitting at port while your selling season passes.

- Childrenswear and schoolwear — tested to the destination's safety standard
- Bridal and eveningwear — small runs with hand-finished detail
- Uniform and corporate programmes — repeatable spec held on file for reorders

Packing, testing and delivery
Trims are packed to the ratio you specify — by size, by colour or by garment set — with barcodes applied where the line needs them. Test reports for OEKO-TEX Standard 100 for dyes and trims are prepared for the destination market. We ship to Rotterdam or Felixstowe with the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, and hold the approved reference so reorders reproduce the same material, the same finish and the same closing force.
