Custom Earmuffs & Eye Mask — Bamboo Viscose with Hand-Rolled Hem
We supply earmuffs & eye mask to brands, retailers and uniform programmes, made in Bamboo Viscose with hand-rolled hem for childrenswear and schoolwear. On a piece like this the specification that decides whether it sells or comes back is headband pressure, because too much tension wakes the wearer — so that is agreed in writing before bulk, not discovered after the shipment lands. Programmes start at 3000 pieces per style.
The failures here are predictable: inconsistent sizing between production runs, or unclear responsibility when a defect shows up after washing. We lock material, construction, measurement and tolerance on a pre-production sample, and prepare GSO conformity with Arabic labelling so the container clears instead of missing the season it was bought for.

Packing, testing and delivery
Pieces are packed to the ratio you specify — by size, by colour or by style set — with barcodes applied where the channel needs them. Test reports for CPSIA lead and phthalate testing are prepared for the destination market. We ship to Jebel Ali with invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, and keep the approved reference on file so reorders reproduce the same material, the same construction and the same headband pressure.
