Custom Earmuffs & Eye Mask — PVC with Anti-Rust Treatment
We supply earmuffs & eye mask to brands, retailers and uniform programmes, made in PVC with anti-rust treatment for denim and workwear programmes. On a piece like this the specification that decides whether it sells or comes back is light blocking at the nose bridge, which is where masks leak — so that is agreed in writing before bulk, not discovered after the shipment lands. Programmes start at 3000 pieces per style.
The failures here are predictable: minimum order quantities far above what a growing brand can absorb, or a finish that tarnishes or rubs off after washing. We lock material, construction, measurement and tolerance on a pre-production sample, and prepare SNI or SIRIM documentation per destination so the container clears instead of missing the season it was bought for.

Packing, testing and delivery
Pieces are packed to the ratio you specify — by size, by colour or by style set — with barcodes applied where the channel needs them. Test reports for GRS recycled content claim are prepared for the destination market. We ship to Jakarta or Port Klang with invoice, packing list and certificate of origin, and keep the approved reference on file so reorders reproduce the same material, the same construction and the same light blocking at the nose bridge.
FAQ
How do you control colour on reorders?
The approved reference and the bulk standard are retained, and every reorder is checked against them before shipment.
How long does sampling take?
A first sample takes 12 working days, and each revision about 5 days.
Do you ship to our forwarder?
Yes. We deliver to your nominated forwarder or quote landed cost under the agreed Incoterm.
Can you match a reference sample?
Yes. Send the trim and we match material, finish and shade, then confirm on a pre-production sample before bulk.
